Primary Care Health Services shall activate its “All Hazards Plan” when natural, human, or technological events have an adverse impact on the healthcare facility.
The “All Hazards Plan” protects patients, staff, and equipment, and safeguards the ability of the healthcare center to deliver healthcare. It applies to all PCHS healthcare facilities. The plan is based on the US. Dept of Homeland Security’s National Incident Management System, a template for the consistent, flexible management of emergency events.

*At the heart of PCHS’ “All Hazards Plan” is the Incident Command System (ICS), which outlines the roles and responsibilities for the management of incidents. Incident Managers and Officers coordinate response at our designated Emergency Operations Center, the central command and control facility in charge of carrying out the “All Hazards Plan”. |
